What should I do before the session?Before the session, it is important to adopt an attitude of receptivity and gratitude. You can express this statement verbally: “I am very receptive, very greatful, thank you.” By saying this affirmation, your receptivity will be multiplied, and you will benefit more from the session. It is recommended, but not necessary, to take a shower or salt bath before the session.

What should I do during the session?During the session, try to be as relaxed as possible. You can be on a video call with the energy therapist or receive the session remotely, listen to relaxing music, lie down, take a nap, or fall asleep. In many cases, numerous clients receive the session while they are working at the office or doing a job that does not require significant physical effort. It is advised to schedule your first session during your free time to see how you react to this type of energy care.

What can't I do during the session?Please avoid driving. Please avoid crossing your arms, legs, hands or feet. Please avoid lifting heavy objects or performing tasks that require balance or strength. Please avoid wearing leather or silk (including belts). Please avoid wearing crystals, diamonds, Swarovski and any other precious stones. Please avoid pouring water on your face or body.

What to do after the session?After the session, it is recommended not to shower or wash your face for 12 to 24 hours, preferably 24 hours. The longer you wait, the more benefits you will get. After 24 hours, you can take a shower or bath. It is important to follow this recommendation to maximize the benefits of the session. If you need to remove your makeup, you can use makeup remover wipes.

What to expect after the session?The results after the sessions vary from one person to another, as well as the rate of assimilation of energy. Some people will feel the difference immediately, others the next day, and still others after several days, depending on the case and the treatments needed.

Are there any side effects?Side effects vary from person to person. Here are some of the side effects that may occur: Fatigue (temporary). Tingling sensation (temporary). Drowsiness (temporary). Headache, pain or discomfort in certain parts of the body (temporary). In the case of psychotherapy treatments, certain unpleasant emotions may be awakened or come to the surface (sadness, crying, anger, frustration, nostalgia, etc.). This is normal, as some of these emotions may be felt as they come out of the aura or energy body, especially if the client is very sensitive. These effects are also temporary. Please note that some people may not experience these side effects.

What are the positive effects?The positive effects also vary from person to person. Here are some of the positive effects that frequently occur: Increased level of energy and vitality. Reduction or disappearance of symptoms (depending on the case). Feeling of optimism and improved mood. Feeling of relaxation, peace and happiness.
